beneath the burnout: restoring through rest, joy, and connection
a women's wellness retreat on cape cod (sept 26-28)
feeling stretched thin? you’re not alone.
as someone who’s danced with burnout—and taken it all the way, more than once—I know just how deeply we all need a true pause. whether you're worn out from work, motherhood, caregiving, or simply the relentless weight of being a woman in the world today… this weekend is for you.
this fall, escape with us to the cape.
we’ll gather for a few soul-restoring days on the edge of beautiful wequaquet lake, where the pace is slow, the air is soft, and the to-do list disappears. I’m hoping for one of those dreamy warm summers that lingers like a deep yawn—but even if it rains (as it has for the last 13 saturdays in a row), our cozy lakeside sanctuary will be the perfect place to reclaim your calm.
we’ll be staying in a stunning, 100-year-old five-bedroom home right on the lake, or in the shared hostel-style dorm room (which accommodates four), attached to the yoga shala next door. every corner of the property is designed for connection, exhalation, and ease.
my dear friend kim newman-savino—a transformational wellness coach and founder of the revival room yoga studio in ellington, ct—and I have curated a weekend grounded in rest, renewal, and reconnection—with yourself, and with what I know will be a beautiful community of women.
here's what your weekend includes:
4 deeply nourishing yoga classes
2 morning meditations
2 guided journaling sessions
5 healthy, locally-prepared meals
plenty of unstructured time to nap, read, swim, or simply be
on saturday, a massage therapist will be available for those who’d like to book a session—and we’re working on securing a few other delightful extras (think lake-side sauna and cold plunge vibes).
pre-registration is now open, and space is very limited—just 11 spots on the property.
live nearby or want to stay elsewhere? a day pass option includes all activities and meals, so you can still be fully immersed in the experience.
